Tournament Bundle, 3 Events ($30)
January 7, Februray 18, and March 11, 2017

Description: First of three tournaments (1/7, 2/1/ & 3/11). Five scholastic and one parents sections will be held: 

1. K-3 Unrated: (Unrated) 5 Rds
2. K-3 Open (Rated): 5 Rds
3. K-6 U1000: 5 Rds
4. K-12 U1400: 4 Rds
5. K-12 Open: 3 Rds
6. Parents Section: 4 Rds (Unrated)

Location:  Prairie Pointe Middle School Cafteria (Prairie Chess Camp) 8015 Kirkwood Bldv SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404

Time Control:

• G/30 for K-3 Unrated, K-3 Open, and K-6 U1000
• G/45 for K-12 U1400
• G/60 for K-12 Open
• G/45 for Parents Section
• All sections play with a 5 second delay

Rounds:

• K-3 Unrated: 5 Rds, 10a-11a-12:30p-1:45p-3p
• K-3 Open (Rated): 5 Rds, 10a-11a-12:30p-1:45p-3p
• K-6 U1000: 5 Rds, 10a-11a-12:30p-1:45p-3p
• K-12 U1400: 4 Rds, 10a-12p-1:30p-3p
• Unrated Parents Section
• K-12 Open: 3 Rds, 10a-12:30p-2:30p
• Game 10 d/3 playoff for all 1st place ties

• K-3 Unrated, 1st - 3rd Overall, Top Score Each Grade  (K-3)
• K-3 Open (Rated), 1st - 3rd Overall, Top Score U600, U400, U200, Unrated
• K-6 U1000 1st - 6th Overall , Top Score U700, U500, U300, Unrated
• K-12 U1400 1st - 6th Overall , Top Score U1200, U1000, U800, Unrated
• K-12 Open 1st - 4th Overall , Top Score U1600
• Parents Section (Unrated / No Entry Fee Required)
• Top Combined Score for: Top 3 Siblings, Top 3 Parent/Child
• Medal for all 1st Time Tournament Players

Series Individual & School Team - Total scores from all 3 PCS tournaments

• Awarded at conclusion of Tournament #3 oon 3/11)
• Large Team (top 6 scores from each school, any section)
• Small team (top 3 scores from each school, any section)
• Top 3 individuals, each section
• Combined Score for Top 3 Siblings and Top 3 Parent/Child (Tie break decide in one bughouse game.)

Entry Fee: $15 if registered before tournament, $18 on site. $30 for all three tournaments (Play in 2, third one free) Register by email okay, pay on site. Credit cards accepted.

USCF Memberships:  are available on site.

Registration: 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.  Players registering after 9:30 am will recieve 1/2 point for first round and be paired in 2nd round.
